職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full set daily accounting operations, GL, AR, AP, etc;
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation;
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, schedules and journals;
  • System operation in month end, quarter and year end closing and reports;
  • Coordination with HQ for monthly consolidation reports;
  • Assist in internal control, management reports and analysis & audits etc.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma / LCCI Higher or above, at least 2 years’ relevant accounting experience
    (less experience will be ranked as Accounting Clerk)
  • Organized, hardworking, attention to details, independent with team spirit as well
  • Conversant with MS office, esp. Excel, & SAP knowledge is preferable
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese;
