Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of payroll team, including but not limited to payroll processing, ORSO/MPF contributions, leave and benefits administration, medical reimbursement processing

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll, pension contributions, tax reports and related documentation in compliance with the set timelines

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related information

  • Support the HRIS implementation and enhancement

  • Prepare and consolidate HR-related reports with high quality and efficiency

  • Perform any ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor

  • Part-time applications will also be considered

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably in Human Resources Management, Accounting or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in C&B, payroll processing and HRIS administration

  • Good knowledge in the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and relevant employment-related legislations

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills are highly desirable

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good organizational skills with effective time management

  • A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Contract Duration: 1 year
