  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding

  • Handle full employee lifecycle: onboarding, training, engagement, and offboarding

  • Process monthly payroll and MPF contributions

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR system and filing system

  • Monitor attendance records and support compensation & benefits administration

  • Perform administrative duties, including office administration, procurement, report preparation, etc.

  • Support overall operations and day-today-activities of the Centre to ensure efficient delivery of service

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to fulfill service requirement

  • Optimize resource allocation and implement operational policies and procedures


Entry Requirements :

  • A recognized degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 3 years of solid HR and admin experience, with hands-on payroll experience (essential)

  • Experience using HR management systems is a strong advantage

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Chinese & English Word Processing

  • Capability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility


All candidates of the above post should possess the following abilities :

  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills

  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
