Job Description

Nursing Officer [: FSB-NO]

 

主要職責：

  • 計劃和協調醫療服務、活動和項目

  • 評估院友和護理團隊的需求

  • 與醫療和輔助醫療人員溝通居民的健康狀況和特殊護理需求

  • 計劃、協調和評估護理團隊、志願者和學生的培訓項目

  • 監督護理團隊的工作人員

 

要求：

  • 擁有護理或其他相關學科的學位或以上學歷

  • 至少10年工作經驗，其中至少5年擔任管理職位

  • 在醫療保健或醫療服務行業具有營運和管理經驗

  • 具有公共服務和非政府組織的工作經驗者優先

  • 獨立及能夠在壓力下工作

  • 具有良好的溝通和人際能力
