Purpose of the Role: Responsible for the trade marketing strategies of the assigned brands in Hong Kong Market. It is needed to drive sales and market share by identifying the growth opportunities in priority categories, delivering an integrated consumer experience in stores, leveraging brands visibility and appeal.
Expectation of the Role:

Plan and implement the trade marketing strategies of the assigned brands

Identify growth opportunities in priority categories, select key growth levers and define the vision to be implemented internally and externally based on insightful data analysis

Recommend and deliver an integrated consumer experience in stores, leveraging brands visibility and appeal

Works closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams to guarantee excellence of execution, respect of the deadlines and ROI

Regular catch up with regional team to align the direction & best practice sharing from other markets
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:

Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

At least 5 years of related working in trade marketing, preferably in a sizable company pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Self-motivated, result oriented with good presentation and analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in PC applications especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Including Cantonese)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
