Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle IT enquiries and provide efficient and quality services to customer
- Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of OS, hardware, software, and networking equipment
- Support team manager to handle IT project, administrative enhancements of branch operation
- Liaise both internal and external parties for daily operation to enhance workflow efficiency
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of working experience in operation/ IT helpdesk support field
- Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chines
- Strong ability in independent, proactive, detail minded, well organized, team player with can do attitude to work with different parties
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese,
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing and PowerPoint presentation
- Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines
- Immediate available is preferred
