Job description:
- Supporting Executives, Managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Managing the day-to-day office operations.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing busy schedules for Executives.
- Handling all tasks related to 7 Company Vehicles.
- Organizing and coordinating staff events and activities.
- Organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Arranging business travels for Executives and other staffs.
- Supervising a Company Driver, an Office Administrator and an Office Assistant.
- Planning and formulating administration policies and procedures.
- Planning and purchasing of office supplies & equipment, facilities management, office safety & security, office renovation and maintenance.
- Performing ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles
- Experience in handling budgets and procurement is desirable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Leadership qualities and team management skills
