Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator/ Service Coordinator to fulfill a pivotal role in our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our service operations.
Job Specifications :
- Prepare service quotations including inspection, maintenance, and spare parts requirements.
- Document all service records by scanning and filing.
- Facilitate service activities between internal and external parties, such as service appointments, payment follow-ups, and spare parts requests, to ensure efficiency.
- Generate daily service reports including new case registrations, confirmation receipts, case progress updates, and on-job schedules to track service activities.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors to support various operational needs and maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements :
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 3-year working experience in admin/sales/customer service field
- Good command of computer skills such as Windows, and MS Office, knowledge in any CRM is an advantage
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Customer-Oriented, friendly, supportive, and cooperative characteristics are highly preferrable
