Operation Officer/ Clerk (Data Entry)

Your duties:

• Operating import or export parcel;
• Follow up import or export documents;
• Input data and upload documents to inernal system;
• Arrange export cargo to catch up the flight;
• Ad-hoc project assigned by superiors.

Your working schedule and location:

• 5 working days per week
  • Shift duty on Monday to Saturday
• 1st month (Training)
  • Work at To Kwa Wan Office
  • 2pm - 11pm
• Starting from 2nd month
  • Work at Cathay Cargo Terminal Office
  • 3pm - 12am

How to join OCSHK:

• Form 7 (HKAL)/ Form 5 (HKDSE) graduate or above;
• Interested in air-freight forwarding/ logistics/ supply chain management industry;
• Good command in Cantonese and English;
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Proficency on Chinese Word Typing and English Word Typing;
•  Willing to work at night shift;
• Immediately available.
