Job Description
Job Duties:
-
Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services

Perform monitoring of IT equipment status

Perform management of hardware and software inventory
-
Coordinate with level 2 support team and vendors to resolve the technical issue

Ad-hoc tasks as per request
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
-
At least 2 years hands-on experience in deskside / helpdesk support
-
Good communication skills and and Customer service skills
-
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
