Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services

  • Perform monitoring of IT equipment status

  • Perform management of hardware and software inventory

  • Coordinate with level 2 support team and vendors to resolve the technical issue

  • Ad-hoc tasks as per request

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years hands-on experience in deskside / helpdesk support

  • Good communication skills and and Customer service skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
