Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.

  • Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

  • Aid users with basic network connectivity and assist in troubleshooting network-related problems.

  • Support in performing system upgrades and patches.

 

Requirements:   

  • Computer desktop & laptop technology, Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office 365

  • IT helpdesk experience is an advantage

  • Good communication in Cantonese and English

  • Certificate like CCNA holder will be an advantage
