Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries of delivery service by emails and calls
- Handle shipment tracing, clearance and claim paperwork follow up
- Update customer the follow up result in timely manner
- Compile reports for the department, support frontline operation and clerical work
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year customer experience in hotline center or shipping industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Willing to learn
- Have passion for logistics industry
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
