Senior Shipping Coordinator (1-year contract)

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Manage full set of export shipping documents including checking invoices, packing list and L/C bank documents to ensure smooth customs clearance

Coordinate with vendors and forwarders to arrange timely shipment schedules

Provide administrative support to Shipping team including daily samples dispatch and Tradelink declarations
-
Prepare shipment reports and maintain proper documents filing
-
Check freight quotation from HQ for booking release and prepare cost analysis/comparison for the team

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Certificate or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or Shipping related disciplines
-
At least 5-7 years relevant shipping experience in Garment or Fashion industry

Experience in handling export shipment to European / US / Asia countries
-
Independent, attention to details and good team player to work in a fast-paced environment

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
