Senior Shipping Coordinator (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of export shipping documents including checking invoices, packing list and L/C bank documents to ensure smooth customs clearance

• Coordinate with vendors and forwarders to arrange timely shipment schedules

• Provide administrative support to Shipping team including daily samples dispatch and Tradelink declarations

• Prepare shipment reports and maintain proper documents filing  

• Check freight quotation from HQ for booking release and prepare cost analysis/comparison for the team

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or Shipping related disciplines

• At least 5-7 years relevant shipping experience in Garment or Fashion industry

• Experience in handling export shipment to European / US / Asia countries

• Independent, attention to details and good team player to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
