Job Description

Responsibilities:

Have overall responsibility for the development and on-going management of Microsoft 365, Messaging and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, as well as the support of Group IT platforms and shared services
Assist in Managing and Design the Microsoft 365, Corporate Directory Services and Integrating 3rd party's technology solutions.
Support cloud adoption in collaboration with the cloud operations and delivery team, ensuring alignment with the Technology Strategy
Support IT Infrastructure/System setup & migration for new business entity
Collaborate with IT application teams, application architect and security team on the technical development of converged solutions and process to enhance service operations
Technical Evaluation of the latest IT technologies and management tools within the Microsoft 365 environment
Follow-up on support cases with vendors, auditors, consultants
Ensure managed IT infrastructure complies with security and regulatory requirements
Assists in conducting DR Drills and BCP processes

Requirements:

Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 3 years of relevant experience
Holder of professional qualification(s) preferred, e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure and GenAI
Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange & SharePoint Online, MS Teams,Intune, VDI / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), SSL Cert Management & Encryption technology, and Backup & Disaster Recovery Solution
Strong problem solving, management and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of M365, Messaging, Server, Network, Storage and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Virtualization, IT Security and IT service management.
Expertise in Mobile & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Understanding of IT operation within Insurance industry
Good command of written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt new IT technologies
