Job Description

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the production and project schedules in Mainland China factories, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Based in Hong Kong, regular business trips to various Mainland China factory sites for on-site support and coordination are required.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Hong Kong headquarters and Mainland teams to optimize cross-border operations.
  • Comprehend and integrate Mainland supply chain operations to enhance production efficiency across the group.
  • Proactively drive the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals and ensure production processes comply with legal and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering management, manufacturing, supply chain or related disciplines.
  • At least three years’ project management or Mainland factory operations experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, strong communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and cross-cultural communication abilities with proficiency in Mainland supply chain integration and optimization.
  • Knowledge of ESG or sustainability principles is a plus.

Time Allocation:

  • Approximately 50%-60% of the time in Hong Kong office for project management and coordination.
  • Around 40%-50% business travel to various Mainland factories for on-site operations.
