Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and response enquiries of IT systems, work with internal IT team, IT vendors and business users.
  • Liaise and coordinate cross-departmental stakeholders to different IT projects.
  • Responsible for resolving IT support requests from employees, answering questions regarding computer systems, and changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues.
  • Provide support to different system environments including development, testing, production and disaster recovery environment.
  • Provide preventive maintenance to different system environments, including regular patch management, security scanning, vulnerability risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • Provide disaster recovery maintenance to different system environments, including system backup and restore.
  • Support IT vendor management.
  • Support IT groups on digital project implementations.
  • Responsible for managing technical documentation and keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed.
  • Support product campaign and customer communication platform. Monitor effectiveness of digital solution.
Requirements:
  • University graduate in any computer related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with at least 5 years' experience in systems supporting, over 2 years' experience in Windows system network management.
  • Experience in setting up web servers and knowledge in Linux and Microsoft Windows servers.
  • Enterprise security experience of firewall, IDS/IPS, Anti-virus systems setup and maintenance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General knowledge on different IT infrastructure model, including Cloud service with corresponding certificate is preferred.
  • The ability to work effectively with management, staff, contractors and suppliers at all levels
  • Independent, flexible, enthusiastic and mobile.
  • Sensitive to cultural differences.
  • Experience in M365, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft AD/Entra ID setup and maintenance is a plus
  • Network management experience & skill is a plus.
  • VMware/VSphere management experience & skill is a plus.
  • Good command in written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English.
