Job Description

The opportunity


Reporting into the senior executive team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director to join Rich Aim International Limited, a leading provider of innovative sales solutions. As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and growth of the business across the Eastern District region.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure major commercial contracts with key clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the overall leadership and direction of the business as part of the senior management team

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role, preferably within the F&B industry
  • A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and successfully managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the drive to work closely with the senior management team
