Duties:
-
Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a note-issuing bank;
-
Manage and monitor the private cloud environment network. Provide 24x7 support for network.

Mainly responsible for network infrastructure (Cisco/Huawei/Juniper) installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, health check, traffic analysis, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
-
Work closely with vendors, internal and external parties for implementation.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud network-related issues in a timely manner.
-
Provide technical guidance and training to application developers/operators for cloud network-related processes and procedures.
Requirement:
-
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, IT or related field.
-
3+ years' hands-on experience in networking.

Familiar with network devices including switches, routers and firewalls installation, set-up, connection, replacement, troubleshooting and emergency response.

Good understanding of IP and Ethernet technologies including routing protocols, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP), Intermediate System to Intermediate System (ISIS), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), VLAN and IP addressing.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work outside office hours for urgent production support.

Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
