Job Description

This role is to oversee and manage the Company’s IT infrastructure and communication networks and is also responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT services across multiple data centers (DCs).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems, networks, and applications run smoothly, securely, and reliably across the company.
  • Take care of the company’s communication networks, including internet, internal connections (LAN/Wi-Fi), and remote access tools like VPN.
  • Support and contribute to technology projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and improvements to workplace tools.
  • Manage external service providers for areas like network setup, cybersecurity monitoring, and vendor coordination (e.g., SOC services).
  • Help design and maintain reliable and secure network systems, with a focus on clear documentation and teamwork across departments.
  • Work closely with market IT teams to ensure systems are well-integrated, secure, and efficient.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Certifications are a plus, including MCTS, MCP, CCNA, and ITIL.
  • Over 4 years of hands-on experience in supporting and managing IT infrastructure and daily operations.
  • Familiarity with retail IT environments, including head office systems, store technologies, and data center operations.
  • Knowledge of POS systems architecture and support is an advantage.
  • Skilled in managing Microsoft 365, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy settings.
  • Experienced in setting up and managing Azure Cloud services and core network components such as ADFS.
  • Proficient in using cybersecurity tools (e.g., antivirus, event logging, EDR) and collaborating with SOC teams to handle security incidents.
  • Provides user support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of issues following ITIL best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and TACACS for network access control.
  • Skilled in managing firewalls across various platforms, including Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Huawei.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-country, matrixed organization and coordinating with outsourced technology partners.
  • Supports management with clear reporting on compliance, security status, and risk areas using relevant metrics.
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on enhancing the user experience.
  • Continuously embraces new technologies and actively pursues skill development as a self-motivated learner.
  • Works effectively with others, maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent end-user customer service.
  • Proficiencies in both English and Chinese.
