Operation Clerk / Supervisor (5 mins from Kwai Fong MTR station)

Responsibilities:

• Perform air and ocean, export & import operations including booking reservation with carriers, pick up arrangement, document preparation and and following up with overseas agent
• Able to handle full set of import & export documents
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and service providers
• More experience will be considered as Supervisor

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, with 2 years or above solid experience in operation in freight forwarding is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and overtime
• PC knowledge, proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel and English & Chinese word processing
• Experience in ERP system is an advantage
• Fair in both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
