Sales Support Executive

About the role:

As a Sales Support Executive, you will be an integral part of the sales team, providing essential support to drive the company's success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Support Sales team to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and sales contracts
• Site visit to customer premises (building, mall, hotel, retail store, etc.) to provide product training to the end users
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing & repair services
• Manage customer relationships periodically following up to collect feedback and new needs

What we're looking for:

• Degree holder in all disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or sales support
• Outgoing and cheerful personality; good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
