Project Officer - SaaS Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and cooperate with internal teams to fulfill client's expectations
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and various parties (internal / external) to ensure the smooth implementation of projects and meet the project timeline
• Act as a bridge between clients, sales and product teams for project management
• Define and document the scope, requirement, work plan, quality, risk and communication plan for the project
• Provide primary contact and support between clients and sales teams on day to day project related technical issue

• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year’ working experience in project management or IT related fields
• Experience in brokerage firms or IT solution vendors is an advantage
• Project management experience in financial projects is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure, exhibit a high level of integrity and a strong sense of accountability
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• PMP Certificate is highly preferred
• Excellent command in spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
