主要職責描述:

履行業務分析及專案管理工作,制定技術方案,確保項目按時交付並符合業務需求

依照服務流程和程序,撰寫技術文件和技術訊息

制定系統測試計劃,進行品質保證測試,協調用戶測試並提供技術指導

設計及主持系統培訓,製作課程教材,進行工作坊及持續優化培訓方案
-
提供支援服務,如用戶使用系統出現問題時,能主動與其他團隊合作,進行根因分析,迅速提供有效的資訊科技解決方案
-
提供高效率、專業和有禮貌的客戶服務,解答用戶查詢,處理帳單事宜,保持良好的客戶關係和滿意度

協助團隊完成工作任務
要求:
-
持大學學士學位或同等學歷
-
具用戶/客戶管理、培訓、支援軟件系統或設計工作經驗
-
於客戶服務、人際關係、邏輯分析等事宜,均具備良好技巧
-
處事獨立、細心、富責任感、主動學習,具良好中英文書寫及溝通能力
-
有社會服務團體(NGO)工作經驗、具備專案管理執行或業務分析經驗優先考慮
-
懂使用平面設計軟件更佳
