System Support Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Working with technical team leaders to provide managed services for customers;

• Following operational policy and procedure to install system and security patches on supporting operating systems;

• Providing first line support from customers on any system and /or application malfunction;

• Providing maintenance services and follow-up support on system maintenance logs or issues;

• Co-ordinating and following-up the application log with application team;

• Working with the project team to ensure that project specific infrastructure (hardware, software and tools) is in place to meet the agreed commitments of the project;

• Attending the maintenance board meeting to present the log solving progress;

• Participating in ad hoc activities, such as security scanning, performance and load test, DR drill, etc.; and

• Providing stand-by for the 24-hour support call by roster.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar disciplines;

• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience relating to Azure cloud infrastructure and/or managed services;

• Fluent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English; and

• Mature, career-oriented, reliable and independent.
