Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Agent for a government customer. 

 

Job Duties :

  • Answer the service calls and log the information in the system 

  • Follow up the cases with related parties and update the call status to users 

  • Dispatch the service calls to dedicate engineers 

  • Data entry with the service information from the service reports 

  • General administrative work such as fax and filing 

 

Requirement

  • DSE / HKCEE /Foundation Diploma or above  

  • Some work experience prefer in Customer service/ hotline service 

  • Good communication in Cantonese
