Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Agent for a government customer.
Job Duties :

Answer the service calls and log the information in the system

Follow up the cases with related parties and update the call status to users

Dispatch the service calls to dedicate engineers

Data entry with the service information from the service reports

General administrative work such as fax and filing
Requirement
-
DSE / HKCEE /Foundation Diploma or above
-
Some work experience prefer in Customer service/ hotline service
-
Good communication in Cantonese
