Business Manager (Logistic Solutions and eServices) (Ref: CC/GETS/BM)

Responsibilities:     

• Identify, ex

  plore and develop new business opportunities, and drive new business growth for Logistic Solutions and value-added services business     

• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and assist the Head of Business Unit and Senior management to tailor strategies to meet the specific needs in the Logistics Solutions and value-added services market     

• Supervise and monitor daily operations, service delivery arrangements and support customer services to ensure service quality     

• Standardize work processes and automate workflow to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation procedures     

• Coordinate and meet with the government representatives regularly on e-Trade service operation     

Requirements:     

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field     

• 5+ years’ experience in trading, logistics or supply chain Solutions and/or Value-added services industry     

• Experienced in managing logistics/ supply chain operations with full set I/E shipping documents processing, customs declaration, etc.     

• Good customer network for business development    

• Good interpersonal and communication skills     

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
