Business Solutions Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and transition project implementation based on RFPs, tenders, and SOWs

• Collaborate in designing and developing technical solutions during the presales stage

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, risk, budget, and resource management—internally and externally

• Support system and project integration activities, including Due Diligence exercises

• Conduct and manage customer meetings throughout the project lifecycle; identify issues and define risk mitigation strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers across all phases of solution implementation

• Ensure successful deployment and adoption of end-to-end solutions, driving overall client satisfaction

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry with IT project management skills

• PMP certification is a big plus

• Hands-on experience with development on ICT technology & application

• Experience in: System infrastructure design, Solution implementation, Managed IT services and data center services

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English
