Research Associate

The Centre for Business Sustainability is seeking a Research Associate to contribute to research projects focused on the University’s sustainability and social responsibility management.

Applicants should have (i) a relevant Master’s degree plus four years of post-qualification experience; (ii) strong research skills; (iii) proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and (v) experience in qualitative data analysis and data management. Candidates with expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability Management, or Index Compilation are preferred.

The appointee will primarily assist in various research projects. He/She will be responsible for (a) conducting research on the university’s sustainability performance under the supervision of the Principal Investigator; (b) managing the Centre’s current research projects; (c) supporting knowledge transfer activities; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for two years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
