Construction Site Supervisor

Location

Construction site / Client premises at Hong Kong Airport for new-build & Alteration & Addition (A&A) works projects, or any other work sites as assigned by project manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor contractors’ work progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Supervise the installation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems by subcontractors.
• Provide regular record and reports to the engineer and address site coordination issues as they arise.
• Conduct site walks to document findings and maintain records for engineering reference.
• Collaborate with the main contractor and relevant stakeholders to develop an effective project schedule and work plan.
• Be available for night work as required by project demands.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical or ELV works, at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating with management, clients, contractors, and foremen.
• Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker (REW) license (A) is preferred.
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is required.
• Speaking and writing in Chinese, English

香港機場新建及改建加建 (A&A) 工程項目的施工現場/客戶場所，或任何其他由專案經理指定的工作現場

職責

• 領導、協調和監督承包商的工作進度、製程品質和安全規定的遵守情況。
• 監督分包商安裝特低壓 (ELV) 系統。
• 定期提供工程師記錄和報告，並處理出現的現場協調問題。
• 進行現場巡查，記錄發現的問題並保存記錄以供工程參考。
• 與總承包商和持分者合作，制定有效的專案進度表和工作計畫。
• 依計畫需求，可參與夜間工作。

要求

• 至少 10 年電氣或 ELV 工程經驗，其中至少 5 年擔任主管職位。
• 積極主動、積極進取、責任感強，注重細節，並能承受工作壓力。
• 能夠獨立工作，同時也具備高效率的團隊合作精神。
• 溝通能力強，能與管理階層、客戶、承包商和工頭協調。
• 持有註冊電工 (REW) 執照 (A) 者優先。
• 需持有建築業安全訓練證書（綠卡）。
• 能夠使用中文和英文進行溝通和書寫。
