Consultant (AI Application)

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end applications using modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, .NET).
• Gather user requirements and design application solutions, integrating data and AI capabilities where appropriate.
• Build backend services and APIs to support integration with data platforms and AI services.
• Deploy and integrate AI models (e.g., LLMs, SLMs) into applications as needed, ensuring alignment with user requirements and performance expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business challenges, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver impactful application solutions.
• Independently manage assigned projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.

Skill & Capability Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in application development, with exposure to AI and data integration.
• Passionate about building and delivering high-quality software solutions that address real business needs.
• Solid experience in developing and deploying web and cloud applications using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with integrating GenAI capabilities (e.g. RAG, agentic AI) into applications using open-source tools (e.g. LangGraph, anythingLLM, Dify) or cloud-native services.
• Proficient in Python, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud technologies; experience with Spark or other data tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage own projects independently, including stakeholder engagement and delivery tracking.
• Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Consulting experience is a plus but not essential.
