Commercial Director

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the business development and P&L of APAC distribution market

·         Achieve business goals and formulate strategic plans to meet sales targets

Develop global licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities

·         Lead the development of the and improve profitability goals for each brand

• Negotiation of distributorship and licensing agreements
• Manage relationships with partners for maximizing sales potential
• Close connection with internal parties and clients/ distributors to provide support to the sales & marketing activities
• Further develop and identify new customer/ new market opportunities
• Oversee Taiwan retail market

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Business Development / Marketing or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experiences in sales management of regional market and licensing development
• Exposures in sportwear or apparel are highly preferred
• Rich customer resources, has ability to develop new customers and new market
• Excellent in stakeholder management, decision making and change management
• Strong Leadership, Relationship Management & Result Driven
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Frequent travel is required
