Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing and submission for assigned APAC markets

  • Coordinate with HQ and regional distributors to ensure smooth order handling, shipment scheduling, and documentation

  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales and inventory data from distributors

  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to support business planning and decision-making

  • Support routine sales operations, including system updates, order tracking, and internal communication

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business related disciplines, with 2-3 years relevant working experience

  • Experience in sales support for APAC distribution market will be a definite advantage

  • Experience in SAP system

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Good command of written and verbal Chinese (including Mandarin) and English

  • Frequent travel may be required
