Intern/ Part -Time – Marketing Communication (Website Support)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to assist with the maintenance and optimization of our company website. This role is perfect for students currently studying in faculties such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with CMS platforms, basic graphic design, and analytics tools. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with team members and share updates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content using CMS tools like Magento, Strapi, or similar platforms.

• Independently handle image resizing, simple visual edits, and basic graphic tasks using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents.

• Conduct periodic website checks to ensure all content is accurate, functional, and up-to-date.

• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Ahrefs, or similar to track website performance and generate reports.

• Optimize website SEO based on analytics insights and implement improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues on the website.

• Upload and manage new content, products, or banners as required.

• Support the Communication Team with tasks such as managing social media platforms, creating posts, and assisting with other communication-related activities.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in CMS platforms like Magento, Strapi, WordPress, or similar.

• Basic skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other equivalents.

• Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.

• Understanding of basic SEO principles and practices.

• Ability to self-manage tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.

• Experience with additional CMS or e-commerce platforms.

• Familiarity with reporting and keyword research using analytics platforms.
