Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support on hardware, software, and applications for user
- Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary;
- Provide network and server support (backup and monitoring)
- To setup, maintain, and support Linux and Windows systems, including hardware, OS, and third-party software;
- Carry out hardware and software customizations and configurations setup.
- To follow standards, guidelines, and procedures for system implementation and support
- Apply the latest software patches or upgrade the software version;
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Networks or related discipline
- At least 2 years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, etc.
- Hands-on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end-user support
- Experience in supporting Windows Server & Linux platform will be an advantage
- CCNA / MCP / MCSE holder is preferred, but not a MUST
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
