Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate/Executive to acquire and nurture relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and onboard new clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital channels.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their trading objectives and providing exceptional service.
Market Analysis & Insight: Follow and analyze global financial markets (FX, commodities, indices) to provide clients with basic market updates, insights, and trading ideas.
Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and expand the client base by effectively promoting our suite of leveraged FX and bullion trading products and services.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with front and back office to ensure a seamless client experience and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Market Engagement: Represent the company at seminars, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Pipeline Management: Diligently manage and update the sales pipeline using our CRM system to track progress and forecast accurately.
Content Creation: Contribute to our digital presence by participating in video content creation for social media and other marketing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in finance also welcome.
- Prior experience in FX, bullion, or financial sales is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
An SFC Type 3 (Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading) license holder is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain it promptly upon joining (company support provided).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical mind with a keen attention to detail.
