Senior Account Manager (Sales Team)

JOB Responsibilities:

• Achieve the sales and GP target that has been set by supervisor
• Follow and achieve the strategic plan that have been set by supervisor
• Explore new business opportunities with regular and new customers
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with overseas customers
• Handle clients enquiries on products development, order delivery, pricing, complaints and account receivables
• Provide quality sales services to attain total customer satisfaction
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Travel oversea to meet with customers regularly

JOB Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 3 years’ experience from wholesale jewellery industry
• Driving license holder is preferably
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin is essential
• Good communication, organization & correspondence skill, able to work under pressure
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
