Job Descriptions:

• Respond quickly to inquiries on WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, and Facebook in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide clear information about products, including condition, price, and authenticity to help customers decide.
• Stay updated on luxury products, brand values, and resale policies to enhance customer interactions.
• Assist in purchasing second-hand products from customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in the fashion industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
