About the Role
We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our Finance Team who will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, supporting financial reporting and audits, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Account Receivable (AR) functions, including preparation of sales invoices, vouchers and following up on payment collections, etc.
- Assist in month end closing, preparation of monthly financial reports, supporting schedules and account reconciliations.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, and internal policy.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
About You
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree holder or above in accounting or finance. Professional accounting certification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, or CPA Australia)
- Minimum five-year solid experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP Accounting Software (SAP experience is a plus).
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
