Paralegal

Responsibilities

The duties include supporting the General Counsel with

• Legal research, administrative tasks and integrating reliable closed AI to enhance efficiency;

• Organising and maintaining files, managing evidence, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible;

• Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and agreements;

• Assisting in the implementation of internal regulatory compliance policies;

• Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

• A law degree from a common law jurisdiction and working experience from established law firms will be an advantage but not a must;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional & Simplified Chinese

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong legal research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Comfortable working independently with the ability to plan, organise and prioritize task

• Immediate availability is preferred
