The Role

Looking for a self-motivated and energetic candidate for the position to support our company secretarial function. Well organized, flexible, good communication skills and integrity are critical for this position.


Job Description

  • Assist in performing corporate secretarial function for the listed company and its subsidiaries (including licensed corporations) incorporated in different jurisdictions
  • Maintain proper statutory books and records

  • Coordinate board/committees/shareholders general meetings

  • Assist in preparing annual reports, announcements, circulars, minutes and other corporate documentation

  • Assist in administrative operation occasionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma Holder in Corporate Governance/Accounting or related disclipines
  • At least 3 years' company secretarial experience
  • Work independently with attention to details
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, detail-oriented and well organized
  • Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
