Operation coordinator / Senior Ops / Ops Supervisor – Air (All Night shift)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with CS team on shipment arrangement according to the customers’ instructions
• Communicate with oversea office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficiently
• Invoicing to customers and inter-companies in compliance with the company guideline and rule
• Handling airfreight Import or Export documents (both Mawb & Hawb level)
• Handle full set of Air Export documents
• System data entry
• Follow up shipment status
• Responsible for daily inquiry related to external and internal parties
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
• Plan cargo consolidation for maximization of equalization
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior

 Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year’s related working experience
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fair command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient
