Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Ensure code adheres to best practices and design patterns
- Implement secure coding practices and mitigate potential vulnerabilities
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of Full-Stack Developer experience
- Proficiency in C# and Python (or similar back-end languages)
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and Cloud Database
- Familiar with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in a front-end framework (React.js) is an advantage
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of web security best practices (input validation, authentication, authorisation)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative work style
- Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
