Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related

1st tier help desk

Experience in PC problem

Immediately Available is highly preferred


Job Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support on hardware, software and application for user

On-site & off-site technical support for branches

Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary

Monitor and maintain server, network, telephone and IT equipment (e.g. CCTV, DVR system, etc.)

Assist in managing hardware & software inventory

Coordinate with internal and external parties including external vendors for the Company's IT projects

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

High diploma or above in related discipline

Good knowledge of IT systems and applications

Experience in IT support and help desk services is highly preferred

High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Immediately available is highly preferred

Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP
