Mechanical Engineer(機械工程師)

• Plan and manage the operation systems, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, major repairs/daily repairs, and modification works of the concrete plant, including some MIC engineering work

• Oversee the daily operation systems of concrete, execute emergency repairs efficiently for plant facilities, and follow up on work reports

• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments to execute and inspect implemented projects, troubleshoot facility system faults, and perform maintenance work

• Supervise contractors for construction safety and quality, conduct acceptance inspections, and ensure facilities operation complies with health and safety requirements and local regulations in Hong Kong

    Job Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant working experience in construction, property or plant facility maintenance work, including at least 5 years of electrical work experience

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Building Services Engineering

• MUST HOLDER IN THE ELECTRICAL LICENSE, Property management and factory operation experience will be preferred

• Strong organizational planning, cost control ability, responsibility, and high safety awareness

• Fluent in speak and write of the both Chinese and English 

• Work on Saturday is subject to availability
