Senior Sales Executive – Jewelry

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

·         Maximize jewelry sales by achieving individual sales targets and help to achieve the shop targets

·         Build customer/VIP database and maintain customer relationship

·         Handling customers’ enquiries

·         Maintain the highest standard of store environment

·         Responsible for the daily store operations, including product display and inventory management

·         Perform other related duties as assigned when necessary

 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

·         At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in jewelry retailing

·         Holder of relevant jewelry certificates

·         Passionate in jewelry and able to deliver high-standard service to our customers

·        Experience in Jade and Gemstone sales is preferable

·         Excellent in interpersonal and customer service skills with energetic, pleasant, outgoing personality and positive working attitude

·         Good team player with good collaborative

·         Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

·         Immediate availability is preferred
