Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt and processing of customer orders and delivery of purchase orders to suppliers.
• Deliver goods on-time ,in full to our customers—SAP system , sales order/ delivery /billing
• Stock management—month end , check with 3rd party (warehouse) to ensure goods qty alignment
• Conduct study and provide advice to internal business partners to reduce the total supply chain cost
• Perform any position related ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Dipolma or above in a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Chain
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Application

This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs.
