Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative works
  • Handle quotations, invoices and completion report
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Provide all-rounded support for the leaders including business and personal matters
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
  • Occasionally outdoor works is required


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is highly preferred
  • Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
  • Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
