Job Description
職責:
- 負責公司招聘流程,包括職位發布、篩選簡歷、安排面試及跟進錄用事宜
- 辦理員工入職、離職及轉正等相關手續,確保流程合規並完整記錄
- 管理員工考勤資料與假期計算,準確核對每月出勤情況並提交報表
- 維護與更新員工人事檔案,確保兼職員工合約簽署完備及文件歸檔整齊
- 執行日常文書工作,如資料輸入、文件存檔、影印處理及各類報告編制
- 按上級安排完成其他相關工作任務
要求:
- 具備一年或以上行人事相關工作經驗,熟悉人事操作流程
- 熟悉香港僱傭條例及相關法規
- 精通中英文文書處理,熟練操作 MS Word 及 Excel
- 具備良好中英文打字能力,工作效率高且細心嚴謹
- 可即時上班者優先考慮
工作時間:
- 每週工作五天,星期六日例休,每日工作9小時(上午10:00至下午7:00,含1小時午膳時間)
薪資:
- 每月 $18,000 – $20,000,視乎經驗而定
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up on hiring matters
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and probationary confirmation procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining complete records
- Manage employee attendance data and leave calculations, accurately verify monthly attendance, and submit reports
- Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensure part-time staff contracts are fully executed, and documents are properly archived
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, and preparing various reports
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant experience in human resources, familiar with HR operational processes
- Knowledgeable about Hong Kong employment regulations and related laws
- Proficient in Chinese and English document processing, skilled in using MS Word and Excel
- Strong typing skills in both Chinese and English, efficient and meticulous work attitude
- Immediate availability is preferred
Working Hours:
- Five-day work week, with Saturdays and Sundays off
- Daily 9-hour shifts (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary:
- $18,000 – $20,000 per month, depending on experience
